Dr, I got the offer letter on 19th January and the college starting date is April 29th. I didn’t apply for the visa cuz I didn’t get the attestation letter yet. Hi, if you can submit the application without attestation or, keep all docs prepared. It’s actually too late to apply for an april intake. Apply for a deferral by early April, if you still don’t have the visa at this point. Apply 2-3 months before your intake or get a deferral.
