Unfortunately we still have to wait for more official updates from IRCC. They haven’t announced an exact date when this new rule for spousal work permit will come. But as of now, only spouses of Masters and PhD Program international students will get the work permit, if this rule goes live

1. If you haven’t applied for your study permit, then you need to get an attestation letter from your province like I mentioned. But if your degree is Masters, PhD or PG program, you don’t need the it. 2. Yes, you are eligible for PGWP. The new rule will be implemented for any intakes on or after Sep 1 and it’s only for private colleges in partnership with public college

We don’t know what the rules will be for 2025. If she avoid Private Colleges in Partnership with Public Colleges, then no issues unless government change the rules.
