i didnt apply for restoration of status and study permit while applying for pgwp application with reconsideration and reapply then after four months why ircc asking me to provide fees payment receipt of restoration of status fees and study permit fees as an additional document? i paid all the fees on same date and send them the requested receipts on same day. Thank you for your videos because they really helped me understand a little better... Can you help me? Well, here's the thing, I'm in the process of a closed work visa, which I had a reuse at the beginning of the year, the company has already sent a letter to the IRCC, government of Canada, to reconsider the reason for the refusal and check, but so far nothing, I also have the CAQ docs, employment contract and LMIA. The question is can I apply again to IRCC? And so the refusal seems to have been due to the high demand for immigration processes at the beginning of the year, kind of a generic response, but the letter says "You have failed to demonstrate that you will be able to adequately perform the work you are seeking." And yes, another detail, can I go to the border with these documents to get a work permit?

It means they are not convinced that you are a bona-a-fide applicant. The causes can be many.

Walaikum Salam, if eligibility is complete and yet you didn't receive a refusal this is good news as that means as soon as the background check is cleared, your will receive a passport request. There is no real way to expedite background checks, specially for those with prior military experience. So, I would suggest you wait. GCMS may shed more light. You can apply for a super visa, but that may get stuck at the background check also.

One of my colleagues applied visit visa for CAN and received a refusal today should he submit a RECONSIDERATION even with the below reasons. 1- am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR 2-You do not have significant family ties outside Canada. The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application. 3-Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in your country of residence. 4-Your immigration status outside your country of nationality or habitual residence.

It would be better to re-apply also. Or if that is not an option now, you should consider a Judicial Review as reconsideration is an informal process.

It can take a couple of months, sometimes longer. And even after this email they might respond back saying no error was found so the file will not be re-opened.

wsalam, it depends on the application. You can try if it really was strong. But reconsideration requests are successful only in a few cases. We should discuss through a call as there might be other options.
