Guys , don 't dream about Australia. Things became harder in recent years as there is a huge inflow of people willing to live longer in Australia. Government has made harder the process and handle it as bussines for education , immigration agencies , ocupation assessment bureaus, etc etc. Laws change regurlarly in order to optimize the profits of related industries.
@igotmushrooms4 жыл бұрын
100% I completed my studies and have been working in Australia for the last 4 yrs. Majority of my friends and myself see no way we can get PR here. The gov is desgined to take huge loads of money for immigration and make the process long (5years) and complicated. They change their policies and rules for the worst every few months so if you think you're eligible in a year, policies can change and your hard work will might get ruined. At the end, a lot of us are going to other places like Canada. I have been working at a global comoany and making lots of $$, but still there is no way I can get a PR here.

I have been living in canada 🇨🇦 for 10 years , I would definitely prefer Australia 🇦🇺 bcoz of warm weather in Canada its 7 to 8 months cold and 4 months good weather that too some times unpredictable so I 3 months good weather like india . After that in cold ur life is like lockdown . Indians do feel get depressed as they come from a country where they spend most of life outdoors . Jobs in canada are unpredictable like its weather , companies can fire u anytime and layoff just to make profits, lot of contracting these days . Canadians are less racist very good people and most of them are from European background . Cricket is definitely a plus in Australia , so I would say prefer Australia and 2nd option is Canada . Job market is very tough in Canada and real estate is way expensive its very hard for u to buy a 2 bedroom apartment as it costs more than 500k CAD , if u prefer coming to canada , go to other states dont come to Toronto as its way expensive and u will need a good job to survive

Great information. However most of it is from the point of view of an Indian student keen to do Masters. I suppose, it is a very good time for undergraduate students. It will be much easier to get admission in your desired course & university. Also the Universities will be willing to offer scholarship. It will not be too optimistic to hope that the job market will become normal by the time w=one will complete Graduation.

I have heard there is lot of racism in Australia even in offices, they might not show it infront of you but they say it on your back. Ow true is this have you faced any kind of racism.
@valentinorossi77714 жыл бұрын
I have worked in both countries and in general Canada are more receptive towards migrant, yes there is racism but less than in Australia. For those of you in the late 50's or 60's, remember the white Australia policy? Australia's economy is heavily dependent on China while Canada is heavily dependent on us. In short if you are a blue collar worker then Australia is the better of the two & the weather is better (at least for me). Canadians are more business friendly and less hypocrite. Australia, due to its strong labor union is anti-business. Toyota, Ford, Bridgestone, GM all pulled out of Australia. Daily living expenses are lower in Canada. Compare Sydney Melbourne to Toronto Vancouver, yes house prices in Canada are as expensive but.. they are bigger. In the end if you are of Asian ethnicity then Australia is probably the one to choose but if you are form Central or South America then Canada is the better choice.
@lamplight64883 жыл бұрын
Why you said that if you are of Asian ethnicity that Australia is a good choice?Any particular reason
@valentinorossi77713 жыл бұрын
@@lamplight6488 because of the proximity / geographic location and Australian economy is propped by China which you know will grow for the next few decades. Canada is less racist but its economy is dependent on USA which is crumbling. There goes my answer to you.

Do not immigrate to Australia, particularly the state of Victoria. I live here in Melbourne and it's been the hardest longest lockdown in the world this year. We have a dictator as a Premier and he has removed many of our freedoms. We are not free. If you do decide to immigrate to Australia, go to the state of New South Wales. However overall, I do not recommend coming to Australia. Once you are a resident or citizen here, you won't be allowed to leave the country.
@GrayAici4 жыл бұрын
@neverlostforwords I'm planning on migrating there. But please why won't the government allow you to leave once you become a citizen?
@neverlostforwords4 жыл бұрын
@@GrayAici Are you crazy? Don't come here! Australia is compeletely ruled by the coronavirus pandemic. We are continually being tested, restricted, locked down, banned from crossing state borders, banned from travelling overseas. If you come here, you will be stuck on this island prison for the rest of your life. Everyone in Australia will be vaccinated. The reason the government won't let civilians leave the country is because if we are allowed to leave, most of us will not come back and Australia will have hardly any people left.
