CanadaDocks travelled across land and lakes to deliver and install a new dock kit to Watson's Windy Point Lodge in Wawa, Ontario.
Dock Kit Included:
Two 8'x16' Floating Docks
One 4'x16' Floating Dock
One 4'x16' Floating Ramp
A total of 380 square feet of docks weighing 3,800 lbs, all fit easily into 2 float planes. CanadaDocks' easy to build dock kits all come in 8'x1'x0.5' boxes, making transportation simple via truck, trailer, and even float plane!
We were able to fit our crew of 4 dock experts, all of the dock parts, and even our fishing gear in the planes.
CanadaDocks worked with the owners of Windy Point Lodge to create a suitable dock kit. They started with the CanadaDocks Dock Builder, a unique online tool that let's you create your own standing or floating dock. It provides you an instant quote of your dock.
A floating dock system was used in this case, to account for the drastic changes in water levels throughout the seasons. It created the perfect platform for fishing, no boat required. After building the dock, our team had a chance to fish for perch and white fish.
