That look in his eyes at 10 yards, before he realized it wasn’t another bull, was chilling. He was ready to fight. Awesome video!

He sure was! At that moment he didn’t even care about self-preservation, it was all about the fight!

Why do you kill these innocent animals? Why do you shoot those beautiful birds, deers, and other creatures, then brag about it while adding comforting music? What is normal about this? What is wrong with you? This isn't how it should be. Why can't these animals simply live in peace with their offspring? Why do you hunt them just to show us another dead animal, lying lifelessly on the ground with its eyes closed, because of a thoughtless person who will now hang its skin or horns as decorations? Why can't you let these animals live in peace? Do you really feel powerful and wise with your weapon? How would you feel if someone took it away from you, leaving you feeling powerless and foolish?@@canadaintheroughtv

@@Zcdcp. 😂. Because they fill the freezer with healthy, delicious meat. They feed their families and friends with these animals.

@zcdcp Hunting is a heritage lifestyle activity. Hunting is no different than foragers or gardeners or hobby farmers. Hunting is about many many things, most of which you will never understand because you will never open your mind to it but the simplest one is sourcing your meat from the most pure source available. Wild game meat is a smart choice. Wild game is the most renewable, the most sustainable, the most organic, the most lean, and the most environmentally friendly meat source on the planet. It’s not about saving money anymore than gardening or hobby farming is about saving money. It’s a lifestyle choice and if you are going to defend the right to choose one lifestyle choice then you should respect that others have a right to their lifestyle choice.

@@canadaintheroughtv if you feel pleasure from killing something no matter if it has feelings or not no matter if it is rich in ethamines or not it is bad and if you still feel pleasure from it then you are just a pathetic psychopath go to a psychologist. And start going to the supermarket

Beautiful animal. The fact that, that moose has never seen a human before and staying so curious even after you tried spooking him is amazing. Favourite animal to hunt by far. And nothing can beat hunting on the rock.

У лосей плохое зрение, но слух и обоняние очень острые. По запаху учуял, не соперник это, а подделка.😅

Really enjoyed this esp seeing the uncut span of footage. Amazing what endless patience and good calling can do! He was shocked but then ran off looking for his next opportunity. Good stuff.

These animals are very heavily and strategically managed in North America. Harvest rates are kept below reproductive rates to ensure sustainability

Very awesome footage I followed you guys for many years 😊 But I must totally disagree with educating an animal like a moose or deer or Turkey in such a manner when you don't intend to harvest it 😮 Just for the sake of video footage or self-gratification ! Just my opinion 😊
@canadaintheroughtv
@canadaintheroughtv 4 ай бұрын
Fair enough. And we agree with you for the most part. We pass on animals all the time. We didn’t pass on them for self-gratification or just getting footage as you are suggesting. We passed for a number of other reason’s and will continue to do that because we are never going to just go and shoot the first animal that walks in if it doesn’t meet our harvest criteria. Besides that, this is an extremely remote location. This moose is not likely to see another person again in his lifetime and if he does, it will likely be his last. This moose was in the peak of the rut when they aren’t thinking rationally. All of those factors combine to make an exception to what you are suggesting is a hard and fast rule. For us, it’s not a hard and fast rule. It’s a guideline but to each their own. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts.

Moose are abundant here. They are an important part of our food supply. That moose fed multiple families. The license to harvest that moose was issued by the government who pays biologists to monitor and study populations to ensure sustainability. Wild game meat is a smart choice. Wild game is the most renewable, the most sustainable, the most organic, the most lean, and the most environmentally friendly meat source on the planet.
