Hi. In the first example we have 3 phase system 125 amps. Why we don't use a correction factor from the Table 5C? I think we should count a neutral conductor as well (4-004 4)). Thank you.

It's just a simple example where there is no transformer between the Distribution Panel and the 125 amp panelboard. Both are a Delta 3 Wire system with no Neutral.

These examples are my own, but obviously there have been decades of examples that I am simply modeling my own after.

Pete.-#12 minimum conductor for commercial installation‽- where is that rule in a code ‽ is common area corridor in Residential condo building considered as residential or commercial area!?

Common area in residential condo would fall under House Load I believe. No rule in the code stating that commercial loads require #12 minimum, usually just spec'd for the job
