As a metal head myself, I got into kpop a few years back and fell in love. I love the versatility of Stray Kids and NCT. The bands listed above are wo Derulo and all play their own instruments. The song explains that Stray Kids offer different sides of them: they can go hard, they can do pop, mellow, and hiphop. So like like in a restaurant they offer you a menu and offer various types of food. Hence, God's Menu. So hopefully you can check more of their songs that suits your taste. 😉

SKZ are known because they produce their own music, unlike most koop groups today. 3racha, made up of the groups 3 main rappers, produce all of their music. they’re known for their rapping and dancing. They have two australian members, Felix (which is the deep voiced guy who starts the second verse) and Bang Cham (the leader, and the guy with a chain on his head.) I suggest listening to Victory Song and Easy. If you’re looking for a group with a more metal-esque, i suggest looking at A.C.E, specifically Undercover by them.

You should totally react to A.C.E! They have a lot of rock elements in their songs "Undercover" and "Goblin (Favorite Boys)" "Undercover" is more rock focused and is their hardest choreo yet (A.C.E said) while "Goblin" has rock mixed with edm but it also has some really cool visuals so whichever one you decide is fine, but I recommend those two :)

I don't know if someone already told you this but God's Menu mv represents three main things. Creation (Kitchen & cooking reference), Experimentation (labs), & Competition (race track). Compared to their past music, their latest songs exude more confidence in their identity as an artist. You can prolly feel that thru their lyrics and the way the mv goes. In one of their interviews, they said that God's Menu, among all their songs, is the closest song to what they are and what they want to be as a group. Thus, creation, since they produced their own music. Check out their whole discography and you'll know. Experimentation, as they do not just copy anyone and always want to bring out something new to the table. Lastly, Competition in the music industry, to them, even if they are in a harsh and fast paced industry, they want to stick to their own pace. Thus, the contrast between race track as a place where everything is loud and fast to the melody which is slow & chill. Finally, everything is tied to cooking. Stray Kids, aside from being a self-produced group, is known for their wit, wordplays, and metaphors in their lyrics. So that explains how they use cooking, menu, and dish as a metaphor to how they create music, their identity, and what they envisioned to be as a group. Thank you for this reaction. the kitchen represents "cooking up" a good song, the construction/chemistry site is them "experimenting" with different sounds, and the racetrack represents "competition" or going up against other groups within in the industry. they put a lot of thought into the meaning of their songs, but a lot also goes into the music videos! you can also see these themes appear in their latest comeback, LALALALA. they take themes from pirates of the caribbean, the dark knight, and some people believe attack on titan as well! super cool and i highly recommend watching if you haven't already!

Thank you for your reaction. I am new to your channel and it is nice to see other people expand their music genre list. Most of my music up till about 6 months was classic rock and hard rock were my go to's when listening to music. I got into k-pop but looking up BTS when my son said he liked Stray Kids better than BTS. Every since then I have been a SKZ fan. BTS is great to but SKZ are my first love of k-pop. Their fandom name are "Stays" and why you will see at the end of every video Stray Kids every where all around the world you make Stray Kids Stay. The debut in 2018 with 9 members and in 2019 lost one for personal reasons. I would suggest to watch the beginning. Hellevator is there predebut m/v Then the trailer for I am not because it explains the next m/v District 9. All 8 members can rap, dance and have amazing vocals. Felix voice can go deep or soft his range is amazing. Changbin, Han, Hyunjin are in the top 10 faster rappers for 2020 in K-pop. I like some raps like Eminem but K-pop rap is different has a different tone and flow. I love it. Stray kids music varies and they can pull off any type of song. They are unique and Bang Chan (leader) along with Han and Changbin write and produce most of their songs for stray kids. They care more about the message and meaning 99% of the time in their songs but they do preform they so well. For starting out in K-pop I recommend of Stray kids songs, besides the ones listed above, Easy, Victory Son, Miroh, Boxer, Grrr (beware), double know (English version) Back Door, Any, All In, (TOP & Slump the Japanese vers. off of anemia Towers of God). Since you are metal head I would also love to see you react to the k-pop group Ateez (friends of stray kids) they are from KQ Entertainment and they have more of a Latin Rock feel in some of their songs. The also write their own music and are called Pirates of K-pop. They have rappers and vocalist and those boys can dance. They are unique and different. 8 members in Ateez group. Then there is the kings of k-pop Big Bang. They haven't produced anything new for the last 3-4 years due to military but they have some great m/v that some are old school like Haru Haru,, Sober, One of a Kind, Crayon, bad boy, Bang Bang Bang and Fantastic baby and We like to party. Big bang is a must see they paved the road for k-pop. Ringa Linga & Good Boy solos by big bang members. G-Dragon (internationally known . He has written and collaborated with many American musicians) I look forward to more of your reactions in k-pop. These 2 groups are a good start and their are so much more and cant wait to see what you discover.

so i saw this explanation in another reaction which they got from a site called soulbeats. the mv has the three main scenes a kitchen, construction/lab and race care place. so quoted from site 'construction/creation (kitchen), experimentation (construction/science lab), and competition (race car - saying i guess that stray kids ahead of the competition or always driving to achieve etc. ) teetering between god-like control and profound chaos throughout the song.' :) essentially these themes make up the gods menu

Day6 is also a really good one to check out, they are a real band (like with instruments) and they also have some rock influences. I would recommend I wait, emergency, shoot me and Zombie. They have a lot of diverse music!

Recently found out that Gods Menu contains yet another stray kids dig at critics. Their music was called 'construction music' i.e. just noise and loud nonesense. So the video filming gods menu there was a not so subtle dig
