I have like 4 of these and love them. One I bought still in the arsenal wrapper.

Who told you that was a Canadian Rangers Enfield ? Ranger Enfields were produced by "EAL" from Longbranch parts , from everything that I have researched on them .

…I wouldn’t stop researching just yet.

I trained with these in British army 1954. 1. Never lay the rifle down like this, ALWAYS bolt side (right) uppermost to avoid damage. 2. Always close the bolt with a firm grip, using just the thumb, as shown, is dangerous. 3. Even more dangerous is applying safety catch with the thumb as this leaves the forefinger able to inadvertently and accidentally fire the rifle. Always OFF with the thumb, making firing fractionally quicker and ON with the forefinger

Shut up fudd. Nothing about this video was dangerous, and every firearm safety is supposed to be manipulated with the thumb of the right hand, including the firearm shown above.

john is right about using proper enfield etiquette, clown. mishandling your enfield in any way is dangerous. accidentally firing your enfield when you mean to operate the safety is dangerous. your goofball bit about all safeties being designed for the right thumb is hilariously embarassing and serves to highlight your poor knowledge on the subject. you've clearly never handled an m1 garand with the safety lever directly in front of the trigger, or a mosin nagant where you have to use your entire hand for operating the safety mech. classic example of a fool's ignorance threatened by an expert's knowledge @@ModernScop3z

Lee Enfield is such a nice rifle system. A true classic.

I'm sure this video was done as a fun look at a classic rifle. He was just joking when he said Canadians had rifles. FYI- My bolt always touches the table!

I've seen a few new ones, but very rare...and the price reflects that.
