This is Zulu war dance and is so sacred. When Zulu warriors are in this state, they don't retreat and don't surrender.

🙌👏❤️Proud Zulu. That's why we defeated the British when they had guns and we only had short spears in the war of Sandlwana. We are warriors! Love all my other SA tribes as well ❤️

And that's how King Shaka Zulu conquered the British army on 21 January 1879. Imagine the fear when they saw 20 000 Zulu men in this type of formation, detail & precision. 🇿🇦

Damn im trying to imagine that sight right now. Zulus are amazing people. Man I shed literal tears when i watched a documentary here on KZbin on how the Zulu kingdom were defeated by the British empire. All I know is that the British had to study this great nation in fine detail to have overthrown their military. Im still pissed at King Setshwayo cos it happened during his reign.

Hey Brother I'm a Proud South African Currently Residing in America, I'm Sooo Have For Social Media That Our Black Brothers and Sisters Can Find Their Way Back Home or At least Be Exposed To Their Cultural Heritage and You're Right What Black Americans Have Is in Their Ancestral Blood Including RAP, THE ZULUS, XHOSAS BA SOTHO and Others Have Always Had Flowing Lyrics in Traditional Songs, Poetry and Spoken Word in The Form of Now Modern Day RAP, it's NOT New To US, The Difference is Black Americans Made it World Wide Popular To Express One's Self in That Format... I'm Excited Along with You Brother and THANK YOU👊🏾💪🏾✊🏾🙌🏾 Ooh Ooops I Think if You're Trying To Catch This Sort of Thing, The Easiest Way I Think, Would Be During REED DANCE SEASON IN ZULULAND ALSO KNOWN AS NATAL OR AROUND THE CITY OF DURBAN... THE REED DANCE IS FOR FEMALE MAIDENS BUT MALES ARE BOUND TO BE AVAILABLE DANCING THERE TOO, People Flock From Around The World Nowadays To See REED DANCES IN ZULULAND... FYI THERE'S REED DANCES IN SWAZILAND OR ESWATINI FOR THE SWAZI MONARCHY BUT... BIG BUT, YOU'RE NOT GOING TO FIND ZULU DANCERS THERE AS IT'S 2 DIFFERENT NATIONS MATTER OF FACT IN 2 DIFFERENT COUNTRIES.... I CAPITALIZE ONLY FOR EMPHASIS SO I DON'T CONFUSE YOU BROTHER AND YOUR CHANNEL FOLLOWERS ETC... SO GO ONLINE GOOGLE REED DANCE, AND WATCH REED DANCE VIDEOS ON KZbin 🎉🎉🎉👊🏾💪🏾🙌🏾🌍🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇱🇷🇿🇦

I am so happy that this resonates with you. I am 100% Zulu from Durban! The saddest part is that the apartheid government made an effort to program the different tribal groups to turn the pride you felt so deeply into envy and disdain. Zulu dancing groups like this could be out in Ushaka Marine World, performing their dances for free every Sunday, and the non-Zulu black South Africans would feel unsafe, attacked and insulted. It is the most bizarre thing I have ever witnessed in this country.
@Nyakes1
