My late father was friend of your grandpa. They used to meet up at Metrotown and Bonsor pool. Was it your uncle who ran Jing Yuan on Rumble near Royal Oak in Burnaby? Is his family still running Jin Yuen Beef Noodle on Willingdon near Moscrop? I've been eating at your dad's restaurant and the original Jin Yuan for about 30 years. Still the only place I buy frozen dumplings from. Thank you for feeding us with wonderful Taiwanese style Szechuan food.

台灣味~在異鄉的人更是感受到~不可思議的美味👍💪🤗，我住在苗栗山區，牛肉麵我只能自己做~這個版本沒有加五香藥材：在異鄉也能吃到蔬菜湯底的牛肉麵~牛肉、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、芹菜、蔥、薑~~牛骨、雞骨架、牛油塊~~想要更多蔬菜湯頭，還可以加蘋果、蕃茄、高麗菜~會更棒）
