Canal Tench - Whip fishing - Roach and Rudd

Canal tench were my primary target when I took up fishing again at the start of 2023.
Is this the session that will see me hit that target?

Oh how I hate trees over my favourite swim. It's beginning to look like a decorated Christmas tree with so many different coloured floats on its branches....and not just mine either.

I’ve got really bad depth perception in my vision so find it tricky to see how much a far bank tree protrudes. That’s my excuse anyway! 🙂
