Im sure impressed with the Rancher for the power it has. I have a 6x6 stock tires except for a set of rears on the front so im 10" all around. Going from my 660 grizzly i find Its a totally different beast especially when you put it into 6x6. Im in Alberta and am totally happy with my 6x6 in the skag and any terrain actually Im going to upgrade to 27'" mud lite i think and stay 10" all around so i dont have to reclutch. Just found and enjoy watching your channel. Cheers.

Just wondering how you find your bike with 10s on the front? Is there any real benefit to having them on the front like more traction and flotation, maybe better climbing ability too? I have a 2018 Can Am 1000 6x6 and have been running it with stock tires (10s in the back and 8s in the front) as well and was looking for something maybe a bit more aggressive but also don't want to reclutch and didn't really know what to put on it. A lot of guys doing those mud lites. Nobody knows anything about these things where I am from so hard to find any info on them and what to run for tires but not getting so aggressive you need to reclutch. Seems to do fine except in deep snow and on ice, but a set of chains would fix that, I also have tracks for it as well which do well in everything... except maybe on ice. Not as quick and agile with tracks but climb anything you want and pretty well go anywhere for the most part. Doesn't do well if driving through slush ontop of ice either. The slush weighs down the tracks, gotta drive it fast and hard in the slush, anything else you can pretty well crawl through, haha. Cheers, thanks for any info!!!

@@robertprevost84I’ve got Maxxis Zilla. 28”x12” on the back and 28”x10” on the front. I definitely wouldn’t go any narrower on the front. The zillas are a nice light tire, I like them. I would recommend them. I find the 10’s on the front help with floatation over the skeg. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching!

@@canadianatvlife Yeah and that is only on a 450 stock clutches I am assuming. I am sure you probably said that in one of your videos... So a 1000 should turn tires that size no prob... I would think. My machine being a 2018 is shorter than the 2019s and up with the 2 upseat so the rear tires would be tighter together with 28s as I only have 26s on now, but I am pretty sure I could still get away with 28s with space in the back. I will keep that info in mind maybe when I go to put new rubber on in the spring. Appreciate the info and the videos. Your 6x6 is a beast!!!
