Do u need to keep the water warm for the 24-48 hours of soaking or just warm to start with

Warm to start and then replace warm water if you keep them in longer than 24 hours. So replace warm water at least every 24 hours

What soil is good to grow these palms ?

They like a sandy or well draining soil. I use a mixture or potting soil and perlite while they’re potted.
