Hi Priscila, I haven’t used Touchpix in a very long time. I switched over to a more reliable software. If you are still dealing with Touchpix I would recommend you reach out to the technical support team. If you want to try Snappic which is what I am using now I have a 10% link in the description of all my latest videos.

If you have multiple 30 second tracks in phone that's being used to record you can select different tracks using your Touchpix app during the event.

Congrats 🎉 You're not selling music, so I believe their shouldn't be any copyright since you are able to add almost any song to your videos on tikto etc. It's up to you if you want to offer your client this service. Once you insert the song in your event on Touchpix that song will play on all the videos produced under that particular event. TIP!!! Videos render faster when you don't include an mp3.

When you put your phone up you have a camera view with the overlay. For some reason i do not. Its a generic touchpix screen with like paint bursts. So i have to run the booth to see the camera angle and fix it as i go
