Woody thanks for this. When I got my diagnosis 14 months ago for stage 4 PC my life was turned upside down. After dealing with the shock ( a few months later), I decided to go for it and just live life. Since the it has been wonderful. Every day is a bonus. My family life is great. My work life is great. I am doing my best work ever. Last week I had a slightly difficult client but I didn’t let it bother me , as you say it doesn’t matter - we are immune you and me and all the others with stage 4, ( it all got sorted out with the client amicably anyway). They say cancer is a new chapter in your life and they are not wrong. I didn’t chose to be here but I am not going to crawl under the duvet and hope it will all go away. It is 0633 on a Sunday morning and I am off now for my 80 minutes blast on my road bike- 😊

Thank you Joseph and I wish you the very best too in your treatment. Try not to be too frightened it’s not as bad as you think it’s going to be it rarely is.

I came out of Sainsbury’s the other day , thinking and moaning about some irrelevant nonsense and saw a young chap in a wheel chair who was disabled but he had the biggest best smile on his face, I smiled back , he humbled and reminded me that we complain about the stupidest and most trivial and ridiculous things on a daily basis. We should remember to live for the day. Loved your message Woody . Cheshire farmer,Best wishes, Fin

I'm from NZ too! Stage 4 prostate, and lung, and pelvic bone. Previously had bowel and testicular. I got the whole bad luck lottery, but anywhoo, still battling on. It's nice to meet others in a similar situation as cancer can be a lonely journey at times. Wish you all the best.

Appreciate your words, and going through the exact same thoughts. You put it into words. Cheers mate. Regards, Carl

Thanks for your thoughts whilst going through your journey. I'm seeing my urologist for 1st time this sunday to go over my 1st MRI scan results. My 1st and only PSA was 26 and was told my DRE was abnormal to the touch. I was told to expect perotineal biopsy at meeting too. Been catching up on some of your video's, loads to watch during my journey which i feel is about to start this Sunday, good luck mate 🤞🤞💪💪

Woody, I'm stage 4 too, Gleason 4+5. That's the first time I've ever said that in public!, I'm happy, trying to be the best me in this current day, I've got undetectable PSA (after ADT & RT), this shit all awaits me in the future, It's all l coming my way soon, I know, but I still can't believe it.... WHAT A STRANGE FEELING!. I'm lucky never to have been sick in my life before now (I'm 76 yo). My plan is to keep my head up, stride on and look after my lovely wife & 8 beautiful little grandkids. Be strong - be grateful, my friend, for a really wonderful life in the best ever decade to be born in. Stroll on, you're an inspiration! John
