Amazingly true. I . Then things happen, manipulation, gas lightning , controling ,trama bonding, breaking my self-esteem. I was emotionally & mentally broken. Holding on to him with everything I had not feeing good enough for him. As he continued to treat me like option & act like he wasnt doing anything wrong but slip up with absolute signs he was that he denied everytime. I took time towards myself for once dove & into myself and realiized, what in the hell. Im an empath & i will give my best to the ones who show they apprciate me. I told him no more & gave him plenty of warnings before i started building my brick wall. I did go through our break up in this relationship. Plus healing myself as well. As he kept screwing up i kept building the wall, healing from the hurt. Wishing he could see what he needed to do before it was to late. Opps he did it again. A real doozy. That gave me that sick ick feeling u get before u puke.. thats when I placed that final brick in the wall , and i was done. He's a lil dazed and confused i dont think its hit him yet.
