I survived it twice. 1995 and 1998. My daughter was born Jan 1998, son in 2001. Both are now adults. Been going strong since. Hang in there. You got this!!

Beautiful story. Stress in this day and age affects so many of us. This just reiterated for me how powerful the mind body connection is and getting stress out of our lives and being in peaceful mindset is HUGE.
