This is a complicated question! The best answer I can give is to uncover why you tend to be drawn to emotionally unavailable people. Shadow work is the number one way to uncover these parts of ourselves. And yes, definitely set boundaries and be ready to create distance between you and anyone who does not respect you, your needs, or your worth. Saying “no” to what you don’t deserve is the same thing as saying “yes” to what you do!
