Omg. My mom is a hoarder. I’ve been staying with them since I got sick with covid & lost my place. It’s been extremely difficult to deal with…. I’ve tried throwing things out & cleaning yet, she doesn’t want to get rid of anything. She also has an Amazon package delivered every single day. But complains about not having any $$$. I’m ready to just move. I’ve been researching and looking into Relocating to a different state instead of Alabama. I’m trying to decide if I should take a trip to that city next week. Or continue to apply for apartments to live and then visit on spring break. And yes, I’m ready for a New CAREER! I’ve learned to not so much vulnerability towards people. Did not give them the benefit of seeing me hurt. Or knowing they’ve broken my spirit. I had to develop this to protect myself from family friends, and whoever else is always come in for me in a negative way. I know it’s not healthy, but it’s the only way I know to get through life. People always use my vulnerability against me. Especially Family.
