I'm wondering how long you've been a My Chem fan? Because I'm careening towards 50 y/o this year and only found MCR about a year ago. It's worth noting I was more than a little upset to find out they weren't even together anymore. ☆ Side note, that mysterious post MCR put out to announce the 10 year anniversary almost caused a coronary! NOT COOL Dudes! Not cool! I thought they were announcing a reunion :( Anyhoo, I feel out of place when all their other fans are so much younger than I. I thought the song was heart breaking enough but hearing what you said just broke my heart...I'm sorry for your loss. I enjoyed your video. Actually, I have written fiction my whole life- I am working on a fiction podcast as we speak, where I read my short fiction :) I just don't have a ton of TIME right now- and that sucks. I REALLY have a ton of ideas still. I used to have a RAGING fire in my belly bout my writing! Then I became an active alcoholic for 23 years... the fire is almost out, I just have embers in my belly, but it does still burn... :)

I'm sorry about your wife, but I can relate to the hurt. I actually avoided this song for the last 8 years, because that's when my father died, when I was 16, of cancer too, and it just was too much. Figured after a third of my life I'm over it, but I'm still sobbing like a child. But this video puts it in a slightly different light, giving me a glimpse from the other side, so thank you for that.
