I’m the Black Sheep in a narcissistic family dynamic. I also survived a wildfire (just 2 years) but my property didn’t burn down. I have survivor’s guilt from both. I’m a trauma therapist and podcaster and sometimes I feel I shouldn’t have this position because my family doesn’t. I’m working through that toxic paradigm and teaching others to do the same!
