The majority of people I know have this placement and they always treat me like I’m a kid that needs help because I’m emotional, I’m sensitive and very in tune with what I feel, it’s actually a normal doze of sensitivity, but the fact that they act like a parent to me it’s insane. This truly hit home for me! All my life I've operated in my south node. Being a mature responsible leader, and taking care business. Born on the cusp of Capricorn/aquarius, it's very easy to cut off emotions or that nurturing nature. At 36 y/o I became a mother and everything shifted for me! I became obsessed with being a mother and homemaker like a second nature. It hasn't been easy, especially becoming a single parent. I try to balance being the "boss" and a nurturer. I have my north node in cancer 10th house.. and this is as accurate as it gets 👏 i was a very mature child who has never desired to have children. I am currently learning how to be more vulnerable and authentic with people through my heart, understanding myself to understand others. Now putting it all together, I totally understand my soul mission better as I am able to heal others and self through my singing and thats where the maternal energy fits in!! As well as the amount of vulnerability that outpoors from me onstage. More than being stiff as a kid I was pretty controlling and for me I was, even as a kid, workaholic and to much career oriented I had the mentality that I would be happy when I would be successful. I still love having a career and I can't see myself as a housewife mothering a bunch of kids. Also I felt a little bit like punished for being a woman, cause I was born in a patriarchal society and growing up they forced on me the "woman" position, u know being feminine, domestic, good cook and I wanted to be free and wild and bold. I think that my biggest lesson is to understand that being a woman is not being "weak" as people told me but mean being powerful in another way, I have to embrace my sensitivity. I'm working on myself cause I want to be more in peace with myself which for me is my new happiness

And i miss being a coach, but i literally said today i need to value the house work and parenting i do. Carry the weight of caring for him on my own. One thing though, i am a cancerian and have always been very sensitve and emotional and faught with my capricorn side (though i am only now realizing that). Could this mean that this a second (or maybe more) life time of working on my emotions? I have found in pife peoole have told me to stop being so emotional all the time and i actually cry less now but feel more angry. What happens if your North Node is conjunct your IC? My North Node is in Cancer conjunct my IC in Cancer. Does that make this energy easier for me to move towards as the root of who I am is Cancer in the 4th house? I grew up playing with baby dolls and used to imagine having children and what my house would look like. But I do appear outwardly very Capricorn as it is both my MC and South Node, I take charge in work and can be quite practical and stoic, hiding feelings. I used to play office. It was my favorite role playing game and I dreamed of being a CEO of a large corporation even though I had no idea what it was. I didn't play house or with dolls, but I climbed trees and played tennis...then I became a mother and discovered what love is. It's been a very difficult journey for my three kids and me (Capricorn moon) but I am thankful for the pain and all of the tears. Hi, i am going to write a long comment, i hope you can read this and help me because my case is a little bit strange for me to understand by myself. So a little background info, i am a 19 year old girl who has this placement. Since i was 11-12 i am into astrology but i've started to research deeply in this year. When i didn't know anything but the sun signs i would always assume that cancer is the best sign. I have listened to both videos where the North Node is in Aquarius and the North Node is in cancer and I have North node in Cancer but is in my 11th house and to me the Aquarius North Node resonates a lot more than the Cancer North Node, which probably means that we should listen to the explanation attending to in which house it is rather than in which sign, right?

My question is how do we find financial security in following the mother path? The other parent provides shelter but I solely take care of my son, currently no childcare and have to manage help with baby when I get a commercial or a movie gig. The Capricorn ♑️ south node is use to finances being good and helping others financially. The Taurus ♉️ sun in my enjoys the beauty in life.
