Hi Nicholas, you’re reading resonated with me in different areas. I’m having high blood pressure issues my brother was in the hospital because he refused to to do dialysis. The kidney doctor said he’s at the end stage of renal failure. So the stress is like a boiling pot. I’m headed to the gym today I really need this getting back on track. The good news is I lost 3 pounds so my brother was in the hospital. I was so upset and I could not eat. Just 16 pounds away from my goal weight. 😊 Much love & happiness ❤
