You’re an absolute inspiration. I hope I can be half as amazing as you. I am 18 and I have stage 1 lymphoma and have finished my RCHOP treatment. I’m currently going through radiotherapy and I’m fighting this disease with all I have. Thank you so much for talking out about this. You’re so amazing. Lots of love.

Stan Gable totally! When I was first diagnosed I was so focused about aging or not aging. I didn’t appreciate that if I ended up aging that meant I was beating cancer just one more day! Now I turned 50 and am so grateful to be aging!

I don’t know how you handle your illness, but it seems you are out there to help others. I will continue to share your videos. You are such a selfless person. I took a bad fall at work breaking my arm in multiple places, a broken leg and a blow to my knee. I can honestly say after viewing your videos, I have never been so up beat about my injuries. You have done so much for me, and I know the positive impacts you have made on Cancer Victims. You seriously are an Angel. You have so much to share with others. You will make a major positive difference in so many lives. Keep spreading the word, and there is no way to show the appreciation that I have for you and I’m sure many others do also.❤️

You got this beat! Your mental attitude is amazing, and that's half the battle! My ex husband was diagnosed at 26 with Hodgkin disease in 1985, and is doing great 34 years later and there have been so many advancements since then. Keep doing what you do! :)

As I read the other comments here and at other times on your channel Mags you are a shoulder to lean on for those going through what you have gone through. There is no measure of what that is worth. You’re a cancer guide. And a good one 💕

I love your videos. They are really getting me through this hell. I'm currently trying to continue working. The only reason why I am trying to work is because most of the people around me are incredible. 1 particular person has such a positive personality considering the life they have had that really inspires me. It's what's going to get me through.

If it gets too much for you to work, you could always keep in touch with this one particular person! Even if its messaging back & forth, or going for coffee every once in while :)

@@MagsBujalski Yes but that particular person is my manager. Someone I shouldn't be going to for emotional support because there has to be that line that shouldn't be crossed. He's been incredible and all I've done is question his support because I have a hard time trusting people which has stemmed from a traumatic experience in my past. My manager says he won't or doesn't want to blur the lines... but he keeps doing it as much as I do because we both have a heart.

I was very similar to you, in being a stress ball. Now, things just don't seem as important any more. It's crazy that it took cancer for us to learn the lesson, but I'm glad that we both realized that life's too short to spend it stressing over everything! Thanks for all of the great videos!

I was just diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma about a month ago. I am also 22 and it has been an emotional rollercoaster. I started Chemotherapy just last week and i will have to continue chemo for 6 cycles. Thank you for sharing your story and your journey, because watching and reading about other peoples experiences has honestly helped me so much!! I know everyone is different, but hearing what you’ve been through has helped prepare me for my own journey that is just beginning!!

Love your positive outlook. I kind of need it. The good news for me is that scans show my Stage four Prostate Cancer is still in remission. The not so good news is that they found a golf ball size tumor in my brain. Do not know what the treatments will be but it is already to large to treat with radiation and it does not respond to chemo. Thank you for letting me vent. Please stay positive.

Cancer is so normal to happen that I don’t know how scientists etc haven’t found a drug or something even that can combat cancer without surgery, chemo or radiation. Cancer feeds itself on sugar , there are other treatments still in trial so you can try one of those . Research how to cure cancer without surgery on google and there’s plenty of stories of people who didn’t use any of the 3 methods,still they are very much alive.

I have a question!!!! Food. Did your diet affect your prognosis? How did food help or hinder your treatment, if at all? Did the Doctors share advice on what to eat or not eat?
@MagsBujalski
@MagsBujalski 5 жыл бұрын
Hello Jess! Food is a controversial topic when it comes to cancer treatment. As far as I know, no my diet did not affect my prognosis or any part of my treatment. When I asked my doctor whether I needed to make adjustments to my diet, she told me that there were no restrictions and that I should just resume my regular diet. Personally, I think that diet can affect treatment. I tried to eat much healthier and get much more nutrients into my body regularly!

"Diagnosed in March 2019 and had a chemo right away! " Go and tell this to all US people saying the Canada Healthcare system is with long wait for everything and doesn't work. If you were in the US you would be broke forever, or dead. Your attitude will bring you far in life. All the best

I hv said it before n I’ll say it again, so proud of u and I absolutely adore u! U inspire me everyday! But I do hv a question for u: so my grandmother (who’s my step gma but been married to my gpa who recently passed since before I was born, so she’s my gma) has Alzheimer’s and her daughter just found out she has breast cancer. She’s struggling with whether or not to tell her mom, my gma. But I’m afraid if she doesn’t tell her mom she will never come visit again bc her hair will fall out due to her chemo and then she will hv to explain y.... what is your advice on this situation as someone who has gone through cancer? Ty in advance! So appreciate any advice! Much love!
@MagsBujalski
@MagsBujalski 5 жыл бұрын
Hey Sarah! Thank you for the question :) First off, I'm really sorry to hear that her daughter was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I understand why she may not want to tell her mother - she probably does not want to cause her stress and to upset her, especially if she is at an older age. However, I think that she should still tell her, but maybe not all of the details? Just tell her enough to keep her in the loop of the situation, but if you don't want to worry her too much then just tell her the basics of what is happening (the diagnosis, treatment plan, etc). Hopefully this will ensure that her daughter will continue to visit her! Best of luck ♥️
