Cancer Recovery is NOT Linear

What is cancer recover, anyway? There are a lot of different components to getting 'better' from cancer. Because everyone's individual situation and diagnosis vary, there are lots of things to consider when defining this phrase or experience. It's not just about finishing treatment and going into remission from cancer - that's not necessarily a possibility for everyone, and yet there are people with untreatable or chronic cancer who can recover.
In this stage 4 cancer vlog, I talk about the physical, mental, emotional, and system ways you can be affected by cancer - and how to recover from them.

It's crazy that you can tell - the world has slowed down immensely for me in the last month+. My last clean scan has put me in a spot where I'm less neurotic about - not overly confident, but I've hit the threshold where being constantly panicked makes no sense.
