You will always encounter negative people. You have to be in control of your own emotions. Being an empath has nothing to do with being controlled by others' emotions. Just feeling and being aware of them. You're bigger than that!

I have friends but I just don't want to see them all the time. Its so hard for me to "sell" myself, business wise. I'm good at meeting people, but I have a very small close circle. Its just hard to keep up appearances so often, especially when I'm trying to get back on my own two feet. I wish I could run a business without having to be the "face," ya know? I want to keep my actual life separate from work, like why do they need to know me?
