I'm going for my pet scan tomorrow and am hoping for the best results,end of March I'll be 5 years on remission,I'm just praying to God nd all arch angels to be with me while the procedure takes place 😊

I just had a Pet Ct scan yesterday and asked for a DVD brought it home and popped it into my computer and there was a 1400 pictures amazing technology

hope everything goes well for you, my partner got metallic brest cancer, she had mastactomy , she had pet scan few days ago and tomorrow on her birthday dr going to call for result.. worth part of it..

the Nuclear peptides used in the PET scan IV can detect the uptake or aggresiveness of a cancer. I have aspergers and if anyone reads this can come up with a scan that would be good for someone with allergies let me know.

i agree about the insures part , i have kidney cancer and it has spread , and i am waiting for a pet scan but on whole cause need aproval ,,not right while i wait cancer in my body have a party ,,

diane sargent do you recommend pet scan early? my mom was diagnosed 2 days ago they told her to get mri but i never heard of pet scan before.
