Based off of your story, and the story of Jenny Apple, I had a long overdue colonoscopy, this last Friday. They discovered three pre-cancerous polyps, which they removed. I feel very blessed to be cancer free...and I am very grateful to you, and Jenny, for potentially saving my life. Your life has meaning, and value. Thank you.

Hi Dennis, Yours is the type of comment that just makes me so happy. Well done on taking the initiative with your health. And the rewards are there for you. Pre-cancerous polyps are super easy for the surgeon to remove. Colon cancer on the other hand, whilst still curable, is a whole lot more drama to deal with. Be proud of yourself. I know the work-up to a colonoscopy isn't easy. But you did it, and you may well have added years to your life. Getting your skin checked is another easy one. Melanoma is another one you don't want to leave too long. Great to hear from you. Paul.

Hi again Paul! All of this information is so valuable to have on record, like a working man's school book that explains all of these medical terms and procedures in common language. SO valuable! My heart goes out to you Paul, and I hope you have some good mates to get you to the hospital for your procedures, and stay with you while you recover, even if it's just to make you a cup of tea. Just started watching your videos Paul. That sure is a lot of prep, especially another litre early the next morning! Each time I had a colonoscopy I was given the ‘Fleet’ prep which was two small bottles, about 50 ml in each bottle, and drink each with a glass of juice.
