Do you think unexplained body aches could be a sign of lymphatic congestion? This is the second night I've done this exercise and I hope I will see some kind of change. I do have about 15 lbs. to lose and am trying to stay away from sugar and processed foods. So much on carnivore and healing the body but I would much rather eat a salad than a piece of meat. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I ache so bad I wake myself up at night just trying to roll over. So tired of this.

Thank you so much for having this on youtube. We do not have a lymphatic massage therapist where I live. I've developed some intense swelling on my right lower leg that is accompanied by cellulitis. You're an awesome teacher I appreciate what you're showing me.

Thanks for this and all your great videos. Would you please consider making a split video for paraplegic patients recovering from breast cancer. My friend is paralysed from the waist down since a car accident many years ago, and struggles for exercises. If she could watch your videos, she could get a helper for the lower body exercises morning and night for 5 minutes, and do the upper body by herself during the day in a chair. Again thank you. You can’t imagine how much you help women to regain part of their identity, vitality and joy after life-changing illness. ❤

Hi! I love this information. I'm a yoga teacher and sometimes I have students coming in with lymphedema. I wanted to ask if a constant movement in this particular case is preferable than holding the positions as poses, or it's just something you do and there is no hierarchy?

should this be done before or after a workout? do you recommend pilates or weight lifting whilst conquering cancer?:)
