Thank you for sharing what God has done in you over the years. I am 70. Came to the Lord at 50. I know….late bloomer. But I look back at the sinfulness I was wrapped up in and God never turned away from me. In fact, one day He got my attention to the point I could not deny Him any longer. Still a work in progress. But it is a walk with joy in my heart. Heb 11:1 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for. The conviction of things not seen.

Two of my favorite people. Kirk and Candace have always reminded me of my big brother and sister. Never met you, but I feel like you're family. My youth pastor showed Kirk and his wife's video on True Love Waits in the 1990s. I appreciate Kirk's unashamed boldness. I read an article that clearly the author had something against Kirk, but it just made me appreciate him and Candace even more. I bet your other siblings are just as great. Amen, glory to Father God, go Candice. Kirk should be proud of his little sister. Kindness is (grace-undeserved kindness). It has to be learned which is why we need Jesus our (Savior’s help) sanctification is process for flawed believers. There's a part in the take away that Candace said that hurt my feelings. Candace said by nature we are selfish. I always ask my dad, am I selfish person, and my dad always says to me, you are not a selfish person, you are the sweetest and kindest person I know. I'm very sensitive and I get upset easy and I get hurt easy and I get my feelings hurt easy. And when I get upset, I have a hard meltdown and I cry and I cry real hard. And it takes me awhile to get through it. There are some some words that I can't handle and there are people that have said things to me that have hurt me. And hearing somebody say we are selfish, that hurts. And hearing somebody say to me that I'm selfish, that hurts my feelings.
