Candidate Staton ,came in to my soul today when I sang this song for my mother's birthday, my Aunt Virginia, Mother Stretched was there and many more of my realitives,,older people I respected was there listening my cousin Nat came to me and said you truly sound like Candi, but just to know how I feel then and now is something that touches my heart. For I've never saw my mother and when I would talk to her I would say, Mom I'm reasoning like Moses,the chosen one of God ,she would say then I will whip you like you deserve if it's not God's will. Sometimes it worked. But before she passed she realized that my mission for the Lord was genuine. AMEN I LOVE HER AND MISS HER ALOT

When we were in trouble and called,there was nothing she wouldn't do that could keep her away,she was a tiger ,lion,bear elephant, leopard, chetta,jaguar, she was all those animals wrapped up in one. No matter what she would help you, I use to say I don't want to be like her, but I came to know that I'm part of her DNA,she raised me to love God first, myself and help others, she gave me a hand to create many things a gift to write poetry was there,because my Aunt's and her would sing song's play their homonica(harp) ,she taught us sewing, singing,cooking, how to be a go getter,self worth,much things regarding enemies, how to fight. When he use to try to fight you and I would stand in between ya'll so he want hit you. Bless your heart you use to be crying and was to I may have been 10 are11 years old are 9 years old but I will never forget that name and face. You are still pretty and what a blessing you made your gold and I thank God for me to had been home for him to be so dirty toward to fight you. We haven seen him sence 78 are 79. Lord.Father ham mecery it's been a long time, but I never forgets. Back then you was wearing your hair black are red. Mrs.candy I use to watch you come on TV on Friday. And just cry. Your voice are still beautiful and you are to. I use to bit Jr. Boy on the legs for him to stop trying you. I hope you can remember me but it been so long but I remembers. And you use to tell me that you love me so much. You remember he was playing for James Brown and Joe Tex and for Jonnie Taylor. I am so glad you made it. And how are your son doing? I use to cry when you be singing because I know that you be thinking about your son when he was locked up. I use to always keep up this you when you was on TV I think it was C V N I be watching you sing. I am 67 now so you no its been a long time. Sweetie I love you and will never for get about you. Kiss your son for me and tell him that I love him and be good. Oh yes at that time I was a Bell but now I am a Patterson.

Saw mean talk back to her, one thing I was ,scared of her fear is what made me obey her.
