Wow, she is amazing. I think that’s some of the best advice I’ve ever heard. “Be as wild as you can for as long as you can.” And “wake up and do what needs to be done.”
@0livialikewsome7 жыл бұрын
Why do people think Candice needs any sort of validation from us, to keep her doing what she's doing? The negativity about her is irrelevant. She worked dam hard to be where she is regardless of Casey or wherever her money came from. She's the one who put in the effort and love and design into her jewelry and company. That is HARD, as a designer myself it is inspiring to see such a successful woman with such a successful line. Good for you Candice. Your line is beautiful, and you and your team are the ones that make it happen. Since when did rags to riches become the only qualifying part of a business?

Candice says what she does is ''not so complicated, just do it''. She never acknowledges that she has the privilege to ''just do it'' because she has connections,support, and financial security. Not saying she is not an amazing business woman and hard worker, just that its kind of eye rolling to listen to someone act almost exasperated that people can't ''just do it'' like her. She has the financial security of knowing that if she fails at anything she will be ok. Her life and soul and every penny aren't put into her business like other people. She can manage a business and motherhood because she can have an on call nanny. She can pay people to sleep train her child. She can pay any amount of money to make her life easier and go more smoothly. So yes, Candice can ''just do it''.
@andrecappalot7 жыл бұрын
Yeah, it irritated me too. She had a fucking vacation home as a child but thinks it's easy for anybody to just get up and start a business without the financial security she has, how disconnected from reality can you get?
@patchesohoulihan98267 жыл бұрын
caunwenn Winners worry about winning, Lovers worry about winners. Your diatribe was all excuses why you can't do something and jealousy. Amazon was started in a Garage. Apple was started in a garage. Casey came from nothing and has built an empire, he pays for most of what you're whining about. He raised Owen into a man by washing dishes to make sure his son was provided for. Lived in a trailer, attic and on couches, but worked hard for all he has. People like you find reasons to fail by pointing out what others have. That has no effect on your life and success, so stop the pity party and work harder.
@pisceseyestare7 жыл бұрын
last I checked my comment was about Candice and not Casey. Him working hard, his work ethic, and his struggles has absolutely nothing to do with Candice, her business, or the comment I left. So maybe get your lips off his ass for a second and re read the comment. I was pointing out that Candice is extremely privileged and has always had easy access to things other people work their entire lives for. Just saying she should acknowledge that instead of acting like what she does is easy and anyone can do it.

Not everyone's parents can just lend their children $11,000. That's the point that people make in these comments. Also she said herself that her business plan was crap and that her father gave her the money because he had no idea! So I guess if she had gone to a bank for a loan with the same business plan she would have got nothing. That means no business to begin with.
@izzywtheflix7 жыл бұрын
maikolosav she obviously did something right if she continues to be more and more successful. It’s a lot more than your parents providing.

maikolosav exactly. you idiots need to get out of ur bubble and get into the real world. no one finances your shitty idea unless it's your parents. she got money, yes she started her little jewelery line after paying off tons of magazines and blogs to produce features on her. and it helps when ur husband is a social media icon. THAT'S not what goes on in the real world people. this is hazy and totally pretentious

She has so many dimensions to her. I feel like people don’t really understand what she does, especially the audience / target group that watches Casey’s videos. Very inspiring woman who manages to bring across some Very important points for success in life : 1. don’t overthink things. 2. Do what has to be done. 3. Be adaptable and learn to deal with things. I shamefully admit that I did not respect her as a businesswoman before seeing this video. But that was only due to my own ignorance. Not that you’re looking for anyone’s approval Candice but I find you very inspiring.
@spookyhouses7 жыл бұрын
Candice has a strong work ethic and I admire her tenacity. When some have pointed out that she was fortunate to have a parent who could loan her the money to start her business, suddenly people start shouting about not having a "victim mentality" and how it's not her fault she was born into wealth. Who the hell said that was a character flaw? Still doesn't change the fact that it's true. And it doesn't mean she doesn't appreciate her beginnings. But, again, there are just as many (if not more) who don't have a family member to help them, who don't necessarily have the resources to pursue their goals. It doesn't mean they can't or won't, it just means they may have to circumvent their roadblocks and find another way. Pointing that out isn't an attack. It's reality.
@deecohen13832 жыл бұрын
And meanwhile yeah that’s cool that you can borrow $11,000 from your family you can also borrow $11,000 from my bank so I don’t fault her for any of that because her work ethic is bad ass plus she’s the coolest chick probably I’ve ever known about in a really long time and she’s funny as hell and a great mom

What was the point of posting that here?
@JavierMercedes7 жыл бұрын
Dennis Pietrandrea I do video editing during my day job and post material like this online weekly for work and I always want to give credit to the people behind the scenes who create the pieces like this. With online media and cell phones these days, especially on Facebook and Instagram, it’s harder to get people to watch material with sound. So if you can pull people in enough visually it helps to keep people around and turn the sound on. That is my thought process behind the comment.

People will stay hating on Candice. Just because you come from money doesn't mean you STAY successful. There are many other people who live off their parents, and if she did that you'd all hate on her too.... if she didn't have anything you'd say she's living off of Casey. There are many MANY people in this world that their parents buy them a career, but Candice didn't. YES she took advantage of her situation but her ideas and intuition as a business women can't be bought. But y'all stay hating on her.....
@Claudex057 жыл бұрын
Most wealthy people stay wealthy. When your parents have a wealthy/prominent background it usually carries over to the children. There could be multiple reasons for that but it is a known fact.
@BriFr7 жыл бұрын
Claudex05 that’s not what I meant. Candice’s family doesn’t seem filthy rich like some famous people. She’s not swimming in cash. People in her situation yeah might stay wealthy in her generation but that wealth will go away by the time Francine is her age. But because she has the business that wealth might carry over to Francine.
@latortugapicante7196 жыл бұрын
bri her parents are very wealthy... I think you miss the overall point of why people are hating on her parents giving her money. the hardest part about starting a business is giving up everything you have ever made in your life and putting it towards that business. it is one of the most terrifying things to face. she never has had to face that. and another reason people don't like it is because this is supposed to be about the power women have to start something from scratch and she didn't.

When you make a video on KZbin you open yourself up to criticism in everything you've showed. You can't make a 13 minute video and expect people not to notice every little tendency and judge. Every comment is pretty necessary because it gives you direct feedback on how a certain demographics reacts to your content.

Great video! You can tell she knows what she's doing...I love her failing is not an option attitude !! You know guys even if she borrowed money from her dad...She's still the one who made it work! $11,000 isn't that much money...but it takes confidence, attitude, connections and talent to walk into a store and they take 100 of them, popular magazines publishing articles etc. great job Candace!!

David Talkington she didn't make anything work. 5 million subs on her husband's KZbin channel did.

This is great, love hearing the true story behind an entrepreneur. There is no secret, idea, plan, execute. Do it or don’t, but make it happen

Anna, I really loved how this video was recorded. You’re intro was great and the conversation of the interview was very entertaining intimate and nature. For sure a sub. Keep it up and lots of luck on your new business
