Funny I should see this tonight. Only this evening I heard from an 89 yr old relative, that her vet advises dental treatment for her poor old cat. "Her teeth aren't as good as they should be, and may cause pain later on, she was told". I'm thinking an ounce of pain every now and then PERHAPS - instead of possible agony from an unnecessary quick fix today... Isn't worth the expense & the risk. Animal lovers, PLEASE use common sense & avoid unnecessary work done on / to your pets by vets who're trying to make a killing (pun intended!?) abusing our pets in the bargain. Careful not to fall for those scammers who hurt your pets instead of help them. Our pets count on our love & protection in return for the joy they bring to our lives. Be Sensible and allow your pets to be the animals they were meant to be - Careful what you buy into about dental work for dogs & cats, please. It's become a regular scam that's hurting a lot of pets.

No they aren't. Cat people like me are wonderful people. Some dog people are horrible people. That's why I still have a phobia of midsized and large dogs!
