Very good interview and I agree. Finally someone has described the problems in the workplace. My one concern is your intuitive nature. I believe you & think it’s wonderful; however, most leaders believe the same about themselves. Part of failed leadership may be due to the fact that all managers believe they can read people well; are a good judge of character, and have a sixth sense about them. They make personnel decisions based on this. In addition, being in a virtual environment and never meeting in person doesn’t always allow for energy and the like. We need people like you and there is proof beyond doubt that some individuals have this additional strength, skill, and grace. But it’s gotten out of balance and I wish it could be addressed somehow. Thanks for your channel. Nice work.
