It’s because she’s absolutely wrong about welfare. Welfare did not stop growth in the black community. Integration and mass immigration did. The only thing welfare did was allow women to leave or avoid abusive relationships and support kids, whose fathers have abanded them. No woman on earth has ever chosen a welfare check over a faithful, providing man that treats them well. They chose welfare over their abusers, whether it be physical, financial or emotional abuse. This is why women do not support this woman.

As a white man and someone who will vote for Trump a third time, I could only hope to God my daughter grows up to be brave, bold, and strong as Candice Owens. And people are told I'm racist and I hate people who don't look like me because I may disagree with them on a few issues. Divide and conquer. Americans better wake up quickly, or we're all screwed. The fact is that because of the nature of her job as a podcaster and a journalist in personal/professional capacity whatever content she puts out, it's going to draw a lot of attention. And the fact that the content is counter culture and counter narratives in media, it's going to feel like she's clickbating. But she merely presents the other side of the coin, which people aren't aware of (using her investigative journalism's expertise). And through all of that she might come across as a grifter but to me and a lot of people, she's the journalist that many journalists could be if the mainstream media wasn't as censored as it is.

This isn’t just about Candace, everyone. Candace represents one brown-skinned woman who faces hatred simply for being in the room, for being vocal, intelligent, attractive, unapologetic, and for her identity. She brings a unique perspective and a strong voice, yet she has faced verbal attacks from our own community, especially from women, because her voice is bold and different. It’s vital to understand that this isn’t merely about one person’s experience; it reflects a larger issue within our community. We need to recognize that when someone like Candace steps into the spotlight and expresses her views, she challenges us to think critically and engage in difficult conversations. Instead of embracing that challenge, many choose to silence her, often perpetuating a cycle of division and hostility. We must take a moment to reflect on our actions and attitudes. We need to apologize to one another because that’s the essence of community. True strength lies in our ability to uplift each other, to stand up for one another in the face of adversity, and to engage in constructive dialogue. Supporting one another as we strive to reach the next level-together-is crucial for our growth as a community. I've admired Candace from the beginning. I recognize that she can be polarizing, and while I haven’t always agreed with her on everything, that’s the beauty of having a voice! Our differences can spark important conversations, but those conversations should be rooted in respect and understanding. Instead of tearing each other down, let’s work towards building each other up, celebrating our diverse perspectives, and fostering an environment where all voices can be heard. When we support one another, we can move forward together, creating a community that is not only inclusive but also empowered. Let’s embrace our differences, learn from one another, and strive to create a united front that elevates us all. Together, we can achieve so much more than we can alone. #YouMatter

Naw not it all. She panders to white america. She never criticized trump for having felonies and groping women by the pussy but she will definitely hop on twitter and tweet all day about diddy and r.kelly. Trump used her in his first campaign then he switched to new token black girl this time around. The republicans are no different than the democrats, they use these token black ppl to get black ppl to vote for their party in exchange for nothing bc nothing will be done for black ppl by either party. The only facts that matter is that white Americans haven’t changed since slavery and black ppl still haven’t got any reparations from the government that made a fortune off of our free labor. Black Americans in 2024 are losing their damn minds over this election season. Everybody on both sides supporting either is politically immature and not smart enough to understand the games being played on our community.

As a child, growing up in Nigeria,in the early 80’s,before moving to England, I only knew one African American. She was the wife of a friend of my father’s. He, Nigerian, met and married her in college back in the US, and they returned to Nigeria. This was my first impression of a Black American… beautiful, articulate and charming. And of course through music and movie stars ( not just Denzel,😂 I’m talking Dianne Carrol, Lena Horne etc). My father was a very snobbish man, attended elite universities in England etc, didn’t “ rate” many people, but the one group on this planet, that he would speak about with pride ( apart from his own tribe) were African Americans. The way he would even enunciate the words “ Blackkk American” was done with such respect. He made me believe they were a kind of super human! Imagine the contrary view that exists in 2024. More People need to listen to Candace. She knows what her people are capable of. Yes, she can be harsh, but the truth is bitter. The Black American group are under attack from within ( family breakdown) and externally ..the liberal saviours who want them to forget their God given brilliance and resilience.

You said it o; Fellow Nigerian here. Exactly how i feel about Black Americans and it breaks my heart to see how we put each other down; on both sides. All the negative stereotypes, comments etc has set us back. The greateness I see in the black community is still untapped, say what you like, and it will remain so until we come together. This is not to have one over any race but for our own sake as black people.

When she mentioned rioting and Chicago it reminded me of what my mom told me. She grew up in Chicago around the time of the civil rights movement. People were looting their own neighborhoods and her grandmother stepped out to try to speak to them that they were destroying their own lives by doing so. Sad that it’s still the same.

Thank you Candace, you are saving what I was saying at the time. A movement that leads to the imprisonment of more black people is a bad movement. Getting yourself a criminal record will not improve or benefit yourself or your community. Become the difference. It's a tougher and longer process, but it bears long-lasting fruit.
