Candlepin Bowling - Rob Berkiel vs. Tom Olszta

Air date: 8/28/1993. (Alley chat already uploaded this match if you didn't see it already: • Alley Chat Classics - ... ) Thanks again to Tom Olszta, his wife Karen, and Aaron Fontaine for this tape, which was the last show of the 1992 - 1993 season of Candlepin Bowling, as the show was getting ready to head into the big Championship show later on in the same day. There's a couple of small parts that do get slightly cut off throughout this show, apologies about that.
This particular match featured Tom going for his 7th win in a row during his historic streak from this time frame on Channel 5, having to face off against Rob Berkiel who was making his first appearance on the show.
I think what I remember most about this show though is what happens at 46:27, I don't think you could come ANY closer than that!!!!

Not a very high scoring match here. Lot of splits, washouts, 9-boxes, lack of marks... goes to show how grinding this game can be.
