I very much appreciate these color theory videos! Helps me get to my goal and waste less paint. Yellow is the hardest color for me to differentiate which is cool and which is warm. Thanks a ton!

Thank you, too many painters enter the custom & graphic arts looking for a defined set of rules; they're aren't any.

As an engineer - part time artist, this is absolutely fascinating! It's amazing how you professionals put this together, it's great!

Thank you so much for that video Craig I would have never in a million years thought of putting those colors together

Thanks for another great video. After seeing how subtle the grabber orange is with the tequila yellow, I think just the tequila yellow will be perfect to coat a vacuum formed master chief visor. After that, a light spray of duralumen chrome on the inside should give the perfect look.

Love these videos. Can you guys show how to make the modification you made to use the PPS system with the TH2? I just bought a TH2 and I empty the paint cup in no time.

Love these types of vidZ with Craig! Got a few of questions though. You have a NEW Silver Sealer that’s better? 🤯 Do the distributors in the US have it now? Need to order more soon. And how do we identify the new stuff from the old bottles/formula? PS- You should make a Snow White Sparklescent. SoundZ like a beautiful color!

6013 Silver Sealer was improved to have a higher metallic count back in late May this year. Actually, this was a return to its original metallic count, to which was lost over past few years in attempt to get more coverage with pigmentation. With this improvement, candy2o can now be applied over direct for a finish similar to applying over 4012 Aluminum medium. Thank you.

Awesome work guys just wondering you didn't mention bleed checker here is that something that has to be used if I was to spray these colours on a helmet or can the first colour dry long enough first so the next candy can go straight on without bleed checker thanks great video's 👍
@CreatexColors3 жыл бұрын
Applying a 2k, solvent-based clear over candy2o eliminates the need to use bleed-checker, which is applied over candy2o before applying other graphic colors. Here the candy2o colors bleeding into one another helped with the fade's transitions. For more, please refer to the 2021 candy2o technical data sheet. Thank you. creatextech.com/assets/pdf/tds/candy2o-TDS.pdf

Could you tell me why you don’t Heat set candies, just wondering
@CreatexColors3 жыл бұрын
Createx paints, including candy20 are to be air dried only for drying and curing, as heat setting will affect adhesion and damage the coating. Only heatset Createx Airbrush Colors and Wicked Colors when painting fabric, t-shirt. Thank you.

Could you talk about how the colors can be "shocked" and result in the paint "seeding" effect and is there any way to avoid that problem?
@CreatexColors4 жыл бұрын
candy2o is concentrate, extend with 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear, and only add 4011 Reducer in small increments of 5% - 10% per volume. "Shocking" candy2o occurs when 1) using 4012 Reducer or 2) over-extending with a reducer, not a carrier medium. For more information, please refer to our video Mixing candy2o, kzbin.info/www/bejne/pJ7NkKOnbdigZtE. Thank you.

Thank you for making these awesome vids! I’d love to see how you can make the sparklecent colors juicier with the candies. Especially the mango. I’ve tried Mixing them together and layering them but I found the end result to be negligible in difference in depth. So it would be cool to see what you could come up with 💪🏻 Also, I’ve seen pictures of AutoAir Colors called FX? Is this a new line? Keep up the great work! 💪🏻🙌🏻

We just released a 3-part video on candy-pearl using Sparklescents mixed with candy2o.kzbin.info/www/bejne/f6qqno2dg7CXo9E. Try mixing Sparklescent 4:1 candy2o, then mix this with 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear: 4050 3:1 color-mix. Thanks.

FX is a line of color mixed by Coast Airbrush with Createx paints. It is not an official Createx paint line. Thank you.

Maybe too late for a reply but how did you guys connect the 3M pps cups to the Iwata hp-th2 cup? I couldn’t find any adapter for this connection.

Great vid being able to visually see changes and reactions utilizing diff candies together. Thanks very much and agree mistakes can have amazing results that one would never think of. Colour snob comment.... Orange is not a primary colour rather a Secondary one 🤪
