Yay! I did it in 3 attempts, although I admit to using the colour bomb and striped/wrapped boosters. The level has changed from a 'hard' level to a 'super hard' level (goofy skull with 2 horns). Thank you again, Suzy, for your informative video. 🤗

Tip for Level 3017. (Maybe... ) Here's what worked for me. Whenever I had a color bomb, I always chose the color with the LEAST lucky candies, because we need the candies to flow... more badly than we need an extra 2 or 3 chocolates. Cascading will get us more chocolate than choosing the color that gets us 2 or 3 more chocolates right away. Those chocolates just clog up your space. I may have just gotten lucky, but this worked for me in a couple of attempts.

@@SuzyFullerCandyCrushGuru I was lucky. (I'm sure I made a couple of good decisions as well.) So you and I both got lucky in beating this one in a couple of attempts. I tried it 8 or 10 more times afterward and the best I did was getting the chocolates down to 37 (from 100). I guess it's a pretty tough level. And, as you pointed out, it's one of those levels that is heavily dependent on luck.

Hi Suzy! Do you know why when trying to play CC Soda Saga in incognito mode, it doesn't work, meaning it still says I have zero lives? I'm playing on my desktop and I've tried twice, thinking maybe I did something wrong the first time, but both times it still says zero lives. Any ideas? Thanks! :)

No...no idea whatsoever. Incognito probably means Chrome, right? I don't use that browser for cc often, but I do notice that sometimes I have to complete leave and re-enter, whereas with Mozilla it's usually just a refresh. If you had an update recently, that might explain it...hmmmm....

I tried it one more time after reading your response just to check and see if maybe I had done it wrong, but it still will only give me as many lives as I have when not incognito. Yes, I use Chrome. I used to use Mozilla but after an update in that over a year ago, I had taked to you about it at the time, it somehow messed up my graphics in the games, so I switched to Chrome. I also just happened to check again yesterday to see if anything had changed in Mozilla and I still can't play the CC or CCS in there. I haven't tried IE, but I don't know if there is an inconito way to play. Oh well, Thanks though! :)

You may need to update Mozilla to get it to work right. Do you know how to do updates in your browsers? (They make it super simple, now.) If you go to IE, you will probably get the old platform...which has some huge advantages in my opinion, but only if you haven't passed the point where the stopped making levels for it.

The last auto-update Mozilla did was what caused the problem. Up until then, it was working fine. I don't know how to undo an update...I thought maybe that might help. As far as IE, I still have use that for playing level 1476 on the old platform. I only have Windows 7, so IE was never able to update, which is fine with me! Thanks! :)

Mozilla has had probably 4-6 updates over the past year. So if one messed things up, the newest one might fix whatever was wrong. I know that through the years I have switched back and forth over which browser I use to play cc, based on what the updates do to the board. Right now, Mozilla works fine and is faster with my computer than Chrome. But computer folks always like to try to fix what ain't broke until they break it, so...

Another level that is pretty much impossible without lots and lots of luck. I have played it 10 times and the closest I have gotten is 47 chocolates still to be eliminated. By the way, for some reason it is down to 13 moves. We all know the reason, MONEY!

@@seandoran2209 Some levels are like that. But even the impossible levels eventually give way and we find ourselves winning. I played a level for a couple hours recently...I don't even know how many attempts, but well over 100. So you'll get this, if you persevere!
