I find this music sounding like nothing I’ve ever heard. The way it’s composed. The emotion. It has a very odd bittersweet feeling to it, very dreamy sounding. Parts of it also sound nearly scary, or makes me feel dread, like it’s the end of the world. Something bad is about to happen and you can’t do anything about it. It’s inevitable. So you might spent your last few moments alive enjoying yourself. Criminally underrated soundtrack and surprisingly good for a mobile game.

yeah its very different from any other music i've ever heard before, however don't find it dreadful it reminds me of a big garden, its more melancholy if anything. this style of music caught my attention when my family started watching this Mexican drama show on Netflix its intro sounds similar to this ost ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJrRkpSvrNV-oMU the song in question) hopefully some day i find out the name of this style of music.

This song just hit differently. It captured the ethereal mood of the player scrolling up for the first time, up and up, higher and higher, trying to take a peek at where the end possibly is. The bells and main melody also give it that "candy" sound to it, can't explain it. I think that was one of the big appeals of the game, even for people that didn't typically like puzzle games, myself included. It was that borderline existential desire to reach where no one has ever gone. Now it's just generic stock asset jolly fantasy music.
