Candy is a multi talented singer . She's got a great voice . If anyone gets a chance watch the Prince video where she sings her parts in Prince's "Falling" along with "The Question of You and The One". I would love to see her in concert!

*Excellent idea!* "Lily..." was the one "who" first introduced me musically to Candy Dulfer sometime in the 90's. I've bought several of Candy Dulfer's CDs and saw her in concert since then. She has been an inspiration to me as an alto sax player. I love how she makes the alto sound tenor-like at times. Her tone is so rich. This song really showcases her diversity in styles. I never get tired of hearing "Lily...", because Candy and the band (who is also top-notch!) are always reinventing where they go with it. I really do hope this version winds up on a CD sometime. I would definitely buy it. I hope they take your suggestion. :)

Candy is always great ! I followed her in the 2000 ish era. A bit of a deception as they are using re-recorded "brass" and keyboards/synths tracks. The black singer doesn't touch his keyboard half of the time... The music si very good though ! Glad to see that Manuel (bass) and Ulco (guitar) are still with her from the old Funky Stuff !!! And Lily was here guitar solo is almost from a David Gilmour Pink Floyd Solo !!!

Truly a lot if inspirational moments seeing Cany and all the players she works with, all that and I can see the excitable little girl in her! I would love to play with these folks, they got the horns and keys, percussion, bass and guitar covered, obviously great vocals, so,, . . I will keep working with my latest instrument, the violin (fiddle, if you like), keeping in mind jazz and funk riffs I may use.
