Stop using service cycle for washing your clothes, it may can kill very fast your washing machine pcb and motor, I have a bad experience with Candy-Hoover washing machine (Now unfortunately I have a Hoover) after 1 month the pcb is died and I fixed it. Sorry for my bad english but i'm from Italy
