Candy Harlots were under rated. This is a great sound. I wish there was more.

Some of the members put out an ep under the name “The Harlots” a couple years after this; a bit hard to find though.]

@@tonycardinal9381 I rate Candy Harlots & Mantissa as the 2 x greatest rock bands out of Australia. In my opinion far superior to AC/DC.

We covered this in 12th grade, my lil ol' band and me. Ah my gad those were the days, not all this infantilized narcissist crap now, and they all sound the same.

Since no one has bothered to upload the lyrics anywhere on the internet, I have attempted to transcribe it myself to the best of my ability. Any corrections or clarifications are welcome. My sister’s crazy man, she lost her mind Only way out of here My sister’s crazy man, she lost her mind Only way out of here Lives in a mirror maze made for the blind Just one way out of here My sister’s crazy man, she lost her mind Only way out of here Yeah! My sister’s got a little problem She says it’s all inside my head Ooh, I hear she’s buying membership Into the club for civil dead She tries so hard to convince me Oh, things are never gonna change Later on that same evening She’s in the bathroom And she’s got ??? in her veins Well how does it feel, yeah When you’re climbing walls? Ooh, you better climb or you’ll fall My sister’s crazy and she’s lost her mind Only way out of here Lives in a mirror maze made for the blind Only way out of here My sister got herself a shotgun Then she robbed a liquor store Headed across the borderline Since then she’s done 15 more Policemen says about your sister ??? set a place for her tonight Found her in a hotel With a lady and a needle by her side Well how did you feel, yeah When it all came down? You find your own way outta this town My sister’s crazy and she’s lost her mind Only way out of here Lives in a mirror maze made for the blind Only way out of here Yeah yeah yeah! Well the way that you leave (live?), yeah It’s gonna drive you down Now I pushed you on the ground My sister’s crazy and she’s lost her mind Only way out of here Lives in a mirror maze made for the blind Just one way out of here My sister’s crazy and she’s lost her mind Only way out of here Lives in a mirror maze made for the blind Only way out of here Only one way out of here Only one way out of here Mass (mask?) Dead Ha ha ha!

Sorry Brina, meant to track down the lyrics for you. But looking at what your have, it looks like you nailed almost all of it. A couple corrections... Correction para nine You FOUND your own way out of this town. Correction first chorus: Just SISTERS CRAZY no MY sisters crazy. Later it becomes MY sisters crazy. What you're missing is... Forth para: She's in the bathroom/and shoots white ladies in her veins. Eighth para: policeman says about your sister/don't set a place for her tonight. Eleventh para: well the way that you leave yeah/is bound to drive you down/now I visit you underground Last para: and that's... dead... haha Awesome job though.

@@Monsteruss yesss thank you so much for the corrections!! Perhaps I’ll make a lyric video.

These guys were too late on the music scene with their sound...the world had already moved on from glam/sleaze rock to indie/alt rock. Baby Animals, Ratcat, The Screaming Jets and eventually Silverchair owned that Sydney scene in the early to mid 90's.

There was a nice solo ripped off/poorly edited by some underpaid/dumbarse producer, falls over a bit from there
