If you guys/gals do some more deep digging into this case, you will probably come to the conclusion that its highly unlikely that the parents did this. Also, no way on earth a 9 year old Burke did this. Think about it, he brutally smashes his little sisters head, ultimately killing her. The parents, in an attempt to cover for Burke carefully orchestrate a gruesome strangulation with a garrote, sexually assault her, use a stun gun, and craft a ludicrous note with pen and paper right out of their own house without leaving a trace of evidence.

I wonder how did the killer know they primarily used the spiral staircase? How come the ransom note wasn't left on the kitchen counter, or front door staircase??

Burke may of killed jonbenet . BUT. He never put on the choker thing. No way

​@shirleymason3853 Kind of. It was made from one of Patsy's paint brushes. John was in the Navy,and knew knotting. Burke was in scouts,and knew knotting. However, she died of strangulation, not by the make shift garrot. Go to TCRS, Nick Vander Leek is a wealth of information!

Well, the thing is, bc there are several ligature marks left, that can only form with a live heartbeat and blood flow.. the ligatures and neck garret happened up to the point of death at least 3 times..likely more.. possible after death.. but those would would not leave neck bruising , only skin damage.. I hope that’s not too graphic.. this was absolutely evil 😢
