It's real nice to see an honest review of anything. Thank you. After watching you work with the new one previously, I had decided I don't want one--it just didn't impress me as being worth buying. Right now I use a home made bag, but eventually I want to buy the original BOB. BTW, it's really hard to watch a video when you keep talking, but your mouth isn't moving, and visa versa. The hard part is trying not to laugh. LOL

I use mine for groin strikes, eye jabs, round kicks and combinations to head and body. I've put a old heavy bag between the legs along with the sand.

Hello, if you're using it for teaching people or what to have a full body striking bag. Then Bob vs is good.

It is nice having the legs for working cane strikes. But if you have a Bob already, it's nice that you can save money and just get the arms vest for it. You can always put some kind of pads around the bass of any bob bag for leg strikes. For me, teaching it makes more sense to have the bob vs. so I can show full body hits. Hope that helps Jay
