I have a PLC with few analogue instrumentation sensors (Pressure/FLOW/Temp) that I would like to data log. The PLC has a CAN communication built it. Can I use this device to data log the sensors?

Is it possible to transmit messages into a vehicle CAN bus using CANedge ? I need this for overload testing of CAN bus by increasing traffic on the bus.

Yes, you can setup transmit lists with the CANedge via the Configuration File
