Didi thank you🥺❤️ i used to always compare my study hours with other students. I can't study more than 7-8hrs regardless of stress. I used feel bad that i wasn't putting enough work. I was wrong. You don't have to study 18hrs if you can't. If you can do 18hrs work in 8hrs, by all means don't push yourself too much. Everytime i tried sitting 12hrs my brain gave up on me and i start getting severe panic attacks and start shivering. Sometimes i can't even breathe. That's me. I'm going to give MY best, my best is different from other's best. So guys please don't hate yourself just cuz you can't study longer. What you're doing is hardwork too!
