Not at all!! Boxing politics have sold everyone this BS fight to help Canelo avoid The Andrade, Benavidez and Charlo fights. Prior to Canelo winning the the Korvalev fight, he and Charlo had the same credentials, both were two division champions. Canelo and politics let him fight GGG and then run to Korvalev without ever facing his mandatory Charlo, and when he had to face Charlo he once again abandoned the belts. This is a fraud match up just as that fake historical run for Super Middle. HE took the easiest road and has been protected.

From what I see from the side by side training it seems like bivol does it more calm and chill smooth and accurate with footwork while canelo does it more aggressive with power speed and head movement with 50 cameras on him while bivol is alone with one camera man I’ve been thinking about this fight for a while and I’ve gotta go with bivol by decision

There’s a contrast difference in the training. Bivol is the underdog but he should not be underestimated as he has everything to gain and Canelo had more to lose. Bivol’s physique Is looking on point and Canelo’s power can’t be ignored this is going to be interesting.

Anyone can be hurt but Canelo never even seemed slightly fazed by GGG's best. I don't see a KO for wither but I feel if one comes, it will be Canelo breaking his body down and then tagging him late like Kovalev. Bivol is a very live underdog and it's a tough fight to call.

Bivol doesn't sit down on any of his punches, so the power just isn't there; which shows in his lack of KOs in his last 6 fights. I'm not sure Canelo will respect Bivol's lack of power. But his reach advantage and his good stiff jab could do the trick. Kovalev did pretty well with his jab while he lasted. I'd have to say, at the time he was KO'd, he was ahead. The only way I see Bivol winning is with his jab, pot-shotting, and on points. The other thing is that Bivol is a headhunter, without a large selection of body shots. IMO that's not a workable strategy against Canelo's head movement and high guard. The last thing is that Bivol goes straight in... that's in Canelo's wheelhouse. He needs to work on using different angles and lateral movement or Canelo is going to counter him all night. But who knows, Bivol has a good a chance anyone to win. It will be a great fight.

It's nice to know it's a challenge. I love Canelo, but there's nothing less interesting in Boxing than a guaranteed win. He is fighting the best no doubt, but apart from a mandatory, the last 3 guys were all world champs and Canelo just walked right through them all. It's great for his legacy, but its bad for boxing. We all knew all those guys were going to lose. Surprisingly it was Caleb Plant, the guy who was clearly defeated before the fight who lasted longest. He's great because he's taking this kind of risk. He always wants the next challenge, and even some world level guys just aren't offering him that. (which is more than can be said for some of today's "champs").

Difficult to say who is better! Bivol is more movable, good footwork and better from distance. Canelo more stronger as a puncher and has a perfect defense. Two different school and two different styles. Fight will show who is the best!

This will be a very strategic fight. Canelo may lose a lot of the early rounds, but he his extremely persistent, could catch Bivol in the later rounds. Canelo is like Rocky Marciano, he keeps coming forward tiring out his opponents. He will beat your arms real bad, then work the body. When Bivol drops his tired arms, Canelo will head hunt later in the fight. If Bivol has any chance, he needs to keep Canelo on the outside,and have great footwork all the way to the end. Canelo should watch for the uppercut. Bivol has just the right amount of speed to where Canelo won't be able time Bivol's punches. This fight has the potential of being fight of the year. One thing I've noticed often between the two, watching their training videos, bivol doesn't practice body shots that often, not nearly as much as canelo. I see what people are talking about now, he seems to rely alot on that 1-2 combo.

Bivol is the best boxer Canelo has faced thus far. ( aside from Mayweather ) I would rank him above Benavidez as well. Canelo is facing the guys Benavidez is starving himself to avoid. I would even say Bivol is even more fundamentally proficient than Beterbiev. But Beterbiev is a stronger puncher IMO. I would say this is actually a tougher fight than facing Makabu, TBH. Who I regard as mostly just a puncher with plenty of defensive holes to exploit. Bivol is underrated IMO. But he ( Bivol ) also needs to face Beterbiev should he win this fight. All of Canelo's recent opponents got cornered and laid on the ropes to take free body punches. Canelo will still probably win, but he will be getting exactly ZERO of those body shots for free or while Bivol is on the ropes. Cornering Bivol is most likely not going to happen. Canelo going to need to pull Bivol into something in the center of the ring most likely. Maybe play possum on the ropes himself to make Bivol close that gap into body shots or favorite overhand right.

Agreed. Best opponent since GGG. While I don't think Bivol hits as hard as GGG and may not be as durable as GGG - Bivol is bigger and faster and is actually in his prime. This is a challenge for Canelo. I personally think that Canelo wins. That said, I won't be surprised AT ALL if Bivol manages to outmaneuver Canelo with that educated footwork.

Yo veo a vivol que se queda pensando mucho al momento de fintiar muy lento como que se la piensa mucho o no se acomoda, y canelo pues ni se diga muy seguro de sus golpes van con mucha fuerza precisión.

Mijo, en base a 3 videos de cada uno no puedes juzgar como pegan, como piensan jajajajaja personalmente estos videos como comparativa no valen la pena cuando nisiquiera son los mismos ejercicios, cada ejercicio tiene un objetivo en particular, no dudaría que más de una persona vio el ultimo fragmento de Bivol y diga "Na no tiene pegada" "Muy lento" jaajajaja.
