Wow i'm 32 now and starting trying to get my life together at 30. That's when I realized all the partying and vacations-although fun and made great memories, I am getting older and don't want to work the rest of my life. I went to college and paid it all on my own but I am less energetic now and realized I had to put in all my work now so that by the time I'm 40 I can live peacefully and without struggle. Wish I found this video back then but he's right! You can always start the change you need now. It's never too late. I spent so much money on material things that are just taking up room in my house LOL. Now i'm on a mission to sell them all and try to live more consciously and not fall into the materialism trap. I listen to Steve Harvey's speech every morning since I discovered him just 3 months ago. I have been in a rut for a very long time with more set backs than successes and just wasn't motivated to make my life better. Ever since I had my son that was born at 6 months, weighed only 1lbs 80z, I just dedicate my life to working for him with no father around. Yes I'm a single mom now raising a child that is non verbal and a few developmental set backs. I got stuck trying to provide for him and forgot my dreams for a very long time . Thank God for Steve's speeches that I now listen to every morning before I start my day, now I'm in the process of something new and positive that I know will change lives for the better. I post these video to everyone I know. Steve has really hit it home for me I felt like he was telling my life. My Hope's my dreams my failures and all the pressure that comes with it. It hit me hard I was at work cleaning and had to stop the video several times because I got so choked up my eyes swelled with tears I couldnt see the toilet I was cleaning. My emotions rose so high because I'm trying to let go and let God. I can't achieve anything on my own strength. I dont trust myself I trust God and I just want his will in my life I need his guidance and I know he has big plans for me all I can do is stay on the straight and narrow have faith in hope and never give up no matter how tired I am no matter who turns on me no matter what i lose . I cannot turn around or i will lose what Gods trying to do in my life. It's hard it's so hard i cant see where or how but at least God blesses me along the way everytime keep me strong and showing his love to me.

This pain shall pass/lessen with time. It's okay to not feel okay and it's okay to cry. I'm also going through some waves of emotion.. Sometimes you have to really feel your pain/sadness and let it out in order to heal. Don't be too harsh on yourself either, after all, we are only human.
