Kinda late but, an anchor is the person out of a group that goes last. Ever heard "Save the best for last"? Well, that's pretty much what an anchor is in a sport (such as bowling if on a team. Your best bowler anchors goes last) or on a track. The best verse for last. Usually Canibus anchors and rips the track and finishes it off but, if he rips it and he isn't last and the verses after are weaker or less in spectacular (Not that Chino's was) you made the track wack or just got shitted on!
